IF there was ever a definition of perpetual motion in education, then it was Chafford Hundred School and Enterprise College.
Plans for the Sixth Form are well under way. Will it succeed? The signs are good. As one of the students that we interviewed said: “It is all a matter of trust. I am now in Year 11 and have seen the school, grow and develop in those five years. I have entrusted the school with my education and they have repaid me.
“The sixth form is the next logical step.”
With the development of sixth forms all over the borough, it seems that Thurrock can only benefit from them. It is an interesting story to follow.
