Thurrock Library Service is hosting two author events in March as part of the Essex Book Festival.
Popular saga writer Jean Fullerton will be visiting Corringham Library on Friday, 4 March at 7.30pm talking about how she brings the East End to vibrant life in her stories.
Sarah Moss, author of Cold Earth and Night Waking will be at Blackshots Library on Friday, 25 March at 7.30pm talking about her latest chilling suspense story.
