The Thurrock Network Group was launched in March 2010 by Louise Ince of dotty hippo design, and has been supported by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in providing a much needed platform for local Thurrock business enterprises.

The Group meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at The Old Post Office building in Grays town centre which is provided by Knowledge Thurrock Innovation Associates (KTIA). Working with Richard Snell of KTIA they have provided a platform for other like minded local businesses to promote their business
and have developed a strong network group.

During this time of cutbacks and austerity measures it is good to learn that the meetings are free to attend in a well appointed centre with free tea or coffee, where you can promote your company.

The existing group has a wealth of experience and opportunities to help grow new or existing businesses.

The doors are open at 8.00am till 9.30am so why not go along and take the opportunity to network and promote your business. If you operate locally and wish to meet other local businesses contact [email protected] for details.

KTIA provide seminars and courses which are designed to help people enhance their skills. Following the next TNG March meeting, KTIA have an ‘Elevator Pitch’ seminar with key speakers providing their expertise and at the time of this release some spaces are still available. If you are interested in learning
key skills why not contact Richard at KTIA to book your place, [email protected] for this or other
courses.

With some of the courses following the monthly meeting it seems a great way to spend a Thursday morning!
