The Aveley & Newham Band has been invited to participate in the forthcoming Royal Wedding celebrations.
The band will be performing during the day at the bandstand in Hyde Park, both before and after the ceremony. The former Grand Shield winners will play a variety of music with a special emphasis on ‘The Best of British.’
Band Secretary, Elizabeth White said: “There will be events all day in the park, from funfairs and big wheels to giant screens to watch the wedding on.
“This promises to be a fantastic day with thousands of people expected to be there. We are honoured to be a part of this special occasion.”
