A 23-year-old man was arrested on Saturday evening after a dispute over a parking spot in Grays.
The alleged incident occurred around 6pm on Saturday evening on Orsett Road, Grays near to the Thameside Theatre.
A man was arrested for using racially aggravated threatening behaviour and other public order offences.
He has been bailed until May 3rd.
