Tilbury Polling Station closed after BNP intimidation

YT has received a number of reports that a polling station in Tilbury had to be closed temporarily after members of the BNP intimidated voters and staff.

Sources have also told us that the Labour Party HQ nearby was pelted with eggs. We understand that at that time the only Labour member in the building was disabled councillor, Tony Fish.

Police and senior council officials are in attendance.

Further details to follow.

  1. The Labour Party should demand an apology from Tilbury BNP leader Karne McGinn. It is an absolute disgrace that these thugs should pick on a man in a wheelchair and intimidating old age pensioners at the polling station.
