TWO MEN ARRESTED in connection with the death of a horse at a farm in North Stifford will have no further action taken against them.
They were arrested last month after a pony was found at Kemps Farm on Stifford Hill, North Stifford farm on Monday, 9 May, with injuries which proved to be fatal.
A 23-year-old man from South Ockendon and a 29-year-old man from Grays returned to Grays police station this morning as a condition of their bail.
A 31-year-old man arrested over aggravated burglary returns to answer bail on 19th July.
A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of criminal damage who was released on bail last month, returns to answer his bail on 20 July.
