FAIR PLAY to England and Chelsea star, John Terry. He came along to Ship Lane last night to see his brother Paul play for Thurrock v Dover.
The star, who has a family home in Chafford Hundred spent the whole of half time, having his photo taken with fans and chatting among the crowd.
Back in December, he had his photo taken with the panto stars at Sainsburys in Chafford as well.
Football stars often get knocked for being aloof or remote so well done John.
He then had to endure not only Thurrock losing 4-0 but a lot of ill-mannered barracking from the Dover crowd. We imagine he cried all the way to the bank.
