NO WONDER THE prospective parents and pupils were flocking in. Trips to China, NYC, Nasa at Alabama and the rainforests to name but a few. But the core reason is the fact that the schoools exam results continue to improve and improve.
The 5 GCSE’s at A* to C including English and Maths have gone from 45% in 2009; 67% in 2010 to 71% in 2011 putting it second in the school league tables.
Perhaps that is why over twenty members of staff are former pupils, giving the school a real sense of community and togetherness.
