YOUNG THURROCK musicians will never have a greater opportunity to learn their craft that this week when staff from the Royal Opera House came along to help with the heats of the young musician of the year, 2011.
The musicians are at different stages of their careers. Some at grade one and some at grade seven but these invaluable sessions allow them to play their piece before having one to one tuition with the expert.
The final will be on Wednesday at 7.30pm at the Thameside Theatre.
Thanks go to Thurrock Music Services, Mardyke Rotary Club and the Royal Opera House.
