A SAM HIGGINS hat-trick in the first fifteen minutes of this match secured a great local derby win for East Thurrock.
The win saw the Rocks climb to fourth from bottom but also saw Aveley slump to second from bottom.
A low flying header opened the scoring in the 6th minute. This was followed a minute leader with a great shot from outside the area. The hat-trick was complete with a close range effort on 15 minutes.
