FIVE CARS were set alight in a fire in a scrapyard in Tilbury this morning.
Fire crews were called out at 1.30 am this morning (Monday) to Hume Avenue, Tilbury.
When firefighters arrived they found five cars and a van were all well alight.
The fire had been extinguished by 02:18hrs.
The cause of the fire has been recorded as deliberate.
