POLICE are warning motorists that the weather conditions are making driving hazardous this morning (Sunday, February 12) and we are experiencing a high number of road crashes across the county.
Freezing rain and snow in some areas has made roads very icy. Don’t use your vehicle unless your journey is necessary and if you do have to be aware of the conditions and drive accordingly ie:- clear your windows, have lights on, drive within the speed limit and slow down more if necessary and keep your distance from other vehicles.
