RESIDENTS
of the Bellmaine Avenue sheltered housing complex in Corringham were proudly showing off their hard work this week.
Thanks to support from Wendy and Mary Taylor from Stanford-le-Hope-based Nu-Drapes who provided the material, residents completed 110 metres of bunting to help line the Olympic Torch Relay route in Grays on Friday, 6 July.
Each small flag has been over-locked and stitched onto the webbing by resident Lily Neiss.
