RESIDENTS in Thurrock who have mobility issues are urged to take advantage of the ‘Homelink’ library service run by Thurrock Council.

Basically, if you find it difficult to get to your local library, then the library comes to you!

This free service is available throughout the borough and many residents enjoy meeting with the trained library volunteers.

It is also worth remembering that it isn’t only traditional books that can be borrowed – there is a vast selection of items on offer ranging from cds, dvds and audio books.

To find out more about the service call Rachel Gallehawk, Senior Librarian on 01375 413970
