FIRE crews were called to an RTC involving one car and a HGV at Giffords Cross Road, Corringham . One woman was trapped in the car. Crews cut the roof off the vehicle using specialist cutting equipment and released the woman casualty.
Firefighters administered first aid and oxygen therapy to the woman.
Crews dealt with the incident by 12:44hrs.
