THE OPENING OF Kiddicare in the Lakeside Retail Park is a good news story on so many levels.
In the teeth of a tough recession, the store has brought 167 jobs to Thurrock.
The popular store will also bring a lot of custom to the retail park. Indeed, customers were flocking in from the very first moment the store opened its doors this week.
Kiddicare takes the provision of specialist provisions for babies to a whole new level.
As mum, Liz Cherry from Rochford said: “There are a lot of Kiddicare products that I am happy to buy on line but there is other stuff that I want to see and feel before I buy.”
Liz had won a competition to open the store.
YT went down to the opening and after a tour, spoke to stores director, Simon Eastwood and store manager, Carol Canfer.
