Thurrock 1 v 1 Hastings
THE FLEET’S battle against Hastings ended in a single point but Stimmo’s men could so easily have grabbed all three.
The result sees the Fleet still hovering over the relegation zone but once again there were enough pointers.
The first half belonged to Thurrock as they put a lot of pressure on Hastings.
Hastings looked weary and they had every right to be as they had just won through to the third round of the FA Cup!
Thurrock opened the scoring with Danny Green scoring after a number of corners and free kicks.
Thurrock held onto the lead until the 78th minute when Attwood smashed the ball home from close range.
