“To add a special touch of Christmas cheer during our visits the Hassenbrook choir sang carols to the residents.
“Our non-uniform event raised £640 towards the cost of the Christmas hampers which were full of chocolates, crackers and goodies for residents of Kynock Court, Oak House, Collins House and The Whitecroft Care home all situated in the vicinity of Stanford le Hope.
“Our thanks go to the Manager of Tesco Express, Stewart Brown and his staff for putting together the hampers during this busy time and supporting this worthwhile cause.”
