THIS weekend saw three Thurrock T-Birds make the London & South East (LSE) rugby divisional squad!

Mercedes Foy, Francesca Jordan and Claire Phelps all impressed the selectors!

The L&SE squad is made up of the best players in the region and is one step nearer to England selection.

T-Bird captain Foy was also awarded the team captaincy which is a huge honour for the borough and counties highest rank sports team!

Francesca has cemented her place in this years premiership team and gone from strength to strength!

Claire is a new recruit from Saracens and has brought valuable experience into the Thurrock team!
