HUNDREDS of first and second year students got a fantastic opportunity to seek advice from local, national and global employers at the College’s annual Careers Fair, held on Thursday 25 April 2013.

Over 36 organisations ranging from media, finance, fashion, IT, accounting, health, sport and many more, were on hand to give students advice and information about careers and training in their sector.

CV clinics were also run by the Careers team.

Mark Vinall, Principal of Palmer’s College said: “This year’s Careers Fair has been invaluable to our students especially given the current economic climate. We have many local and national employers on campus today offering excellent advice and information to our students about their future careers.”

The event was organised by the College’s award winning Careers team and the Employer Engagement Manager – Linda Jones. She added: “We are very grateful to the large number and variety of exhibitors who have given up their time today to come and meet with our students.

The advice and information that they are able to provide greatly helps the students to make informed choices about their futures. We value and appreciate the support they have given to this year’s Palmer’s College Careers fair.”
