A 50-year-old Leytonstone man will appear at Basildon Magistrates Court today charged with animal abuse reports a newspaper.
Desmond Gogarty, of Apollo Place, is accused of kicking a dog in Grays, Essex, on April 27 and is charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, in violation of the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
