IT WAS a bumper year for the Thurrock Beer Festival. By Friday night, the civic hall was packed with staff running a “one in and one out” policy.
YT popped in (again) on Saturday afternoon, when the sun was out, cricket on the square, Morris dancers in the hall and Grays Town Band performing.
I went on Friday, it was rammed! Good night out though, it was my first visit but I’ll definitely go again next year.
