THE trial of two brothers accused of murdering a man outside a Grays nightclub has been set.
Ryan Wood, 21, and his older brother Owen, 23, will face trial on Monday September 16th.
The presiding judge will be judge Charles Gratwicke.
The trial is estimated to last three weeks.
The brothers deny murdering Mr Holden.
They are alleged to have killed 35-year-old Mr Holden after a fight started in the car park of the Morrison’s supermarket, near the nightclub.
The Wood brothers, both from Godman Road, Grays, remain in custody.
