Thurrock Writers Circle July 2013
JULY has been a progressive month for the TWC. Chairman Joy Ridgewell thanked Cindy Barker for the excellent tasks that she has set for the group. Writing has improved and everyone is enjoying the experience.
Two members went for a five day writing week to Ruskin College in Oxford and a further writing weekend is booked for September for nine more members.
Excellent work is being produced at each meeting, work improvement has increased this year with several members writing books and Barbara Spencer has written a play that she has submitted for approval.
Members are having a meal out and a social evening this month, giving time for everyone to have leisure time after all their hard work.
Meetings are held at the Hugh Delargy Close Hall
