SAFE, a play written by Thurrock’s Luke Coldham won a number of awards at the Brentwood Festival.
The play had already received glowing reviews after performing in London and Edinburgh.
The awards were as follows:
Best original play: Luke Coldham
Best actor: Martyn Williams
Runner Up Best Play of Festival
