IF ENGLAND were looking for the ideal man to replace Jonathan Trott in the England cricket team. Someone who would come in, block and generally frustrate the opposition, then could be Thurrock Council leader, cllr John Kent.
Here is the Mitchell Johnson of the Conservatives, cllr Phil Anderson sending another ball down regarding the absent councillor.
Clearly this is such an embarrassment to Cllr Kent and Labour.
So the matter is with the Labour hierarchy and has been for some time, obviously they are not going to do anything about it as this would tip the balance in Thurrock, this has been going on for too long now and Mr Kent is now on the ropes over this.
All this shows is that the Labour Party obviously don’t give a flying fig about the borough or the local people
Poor Wendy Herd has turned her back on being a Councillor since the Conservatives deselected her.
