A WOMAN and her baby who went missing following an attack on a 17-year-old man has been found.
Kay Phillips and her baby were found safe and well by police at a relatives’ house in Chelmsford on Tuesday evening (December 3).
The 17-year-old is critical in hospital following the attack on Dorset Avenue, Chelmsford, on 21 November.
A 35-year-old has been held at a police station in Essex and a 22-year-old arrested at his home in Thurrock.
