THURROCK’S very own Perri Kiely made a splash on ITV on Saturday when he won the first round of the diving competition.
Eighteen-year-old Perri, famous for being part of street dance outfit Diversity performed a stunning dive from the highest (ten-metre) board.
Perri scored 25/30 from the judges and was also voted top by the public.
Perri said: “I am completely shocked. Thanks for all those who voted for me. You are going to see bigger and better things!”
