TWC members attended a creative writing course at the Thurrock Adult Community College this month. This was a good experience to add to our skills, the Tutor Stephanie Wilson with her variety of lessons gave everyone a good insight as to how they could improve on their knowledge of writing.
Stories for the anthology are being handed into Steve Grimshaw who is the co-ordinator of this work. At each meeting stories are read out and the members put their writing skills to good use when writing a ten minute story or poem from a given subject this to be extended as a home work project.
This month the TWC also had an evening out at the Dog and Partridge at North Stifford, this was an enjoyable time to get together, have a meal and socialise.
