THIS Sunday sees the launch of a second location for Community Church who presently meet at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred.
Community Church Chadwell will meet at Chadwell Evangelical Church, Defoe Parade which was previously under the leadership of Laurie and Daphne Pumfleet.
With an existing and committed congregation already in place, Community Church hope to see the church grow and have an increasing role in the community of Chadwell St. Mary.
About the launch, David Bareham Lead Elder for Community Church said: “We were pleased to accept responsibility for the congregation that meet at Chadwell Evangelical Church and commend them for their faithfulness over many years.
“We are pleased to be able to release people from our Chafford Hundred congregation to lead and support the church in Chadwell and see this as a great opportunity to bring the Christian message to community of Chadwell, not only through who we are as a church, but what we are able to do for the community.”
Community Church Chadwell hope to engage the local community and look forward to being a blessing to Chadwell and surrounding areas.
Community Church Chadwell will officially be launching on Sunday 2nd March 10:30am. Please come along and enjoy a free buffet lunch served afterwards.
