THE INTRIGUINGLY titled Fake Festival 2014 is set to be held at Blackshots Fields this summer.
The event, scheduled for July 26th, is a fabulous opportunity for families and the local community to enjoy a fun packed music day out together and to listen to some great live bands.
YT asked the organisers to give us a breakdown on the event.

Top UK Tributes
Three top UK tribute bands perform and are specifically chosen to please a wide audience range, giving the event a maximum appeal. They are professional touring acts in their own right and provide the highlight of the days events and bring a true summer music festival experience with songs that everybody loves.
Local Support Bands
Local bands are invited to perform at the Festival before the professional tributes take the stage. This makes the event a real opportunity for talented ones to enjoy what could be a once in a lifetime chance to rock the stage in front of family and friends!
Outside Entertainment
Outside the marquee is the “Entertainment Zone,” a large fenced area for entertainment stands to keep kids and festival goers amused plus the all-important food stands that are essential for keeping the audience fed in true festival style.
Toilets and security are all on site to ensure comfort and piece of mind for each event, making sure that the day is enjoyed by both the young and more senior members of the locality.
The main festival action takes place inside the Fake Festivals purpose built marquee so it creates an atmosphere everyone will want to be part of. Front, middle or at the back, wherever people stand they will be warm and dry inside our giant marquee! The marquee contains the stage, PA and lighting system as well as a quick serve bar, All in all, it’s a fantastic setting for some really great live music action all day and well into the night.
