A BUS driver was stabbed and robbed in Chadwell St Mary this afternoon (Monday).
The attack happened at 4.40 pm in Waterson Road on a no 83 Ensign Bus.
Ensign Bus Company have released CCTV footage on Twitter.
The footage appear to show a male approach the parked bus, present some form of weapon and then take into possession a form of cash tray.
The male is wearing a grey top, tracksuit bottoms & Nike cap.
Ensign Bus Company has announced that the male attacked the driver, stabbing him in the hand with a knife before making off. It is understood that the driver required medical treatment.
