Update: 1145 hrs
A THREE vehicle collision involving a lorry has left one woman injured after the crash on the M25, near the Dartford Crossing.
One lane was closed at J31, by the A1306 Aterial Road at Thurrock services, while recovery work was carried out.
It is now believed to have been cleared.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 8.39am to a three vehicle collision. There was only one female casualty.
“She was suffering from neck and back pain so the fire service removed the roof of the vehicle to allow her to be removed and transferred to a spinal board.
“It doesn’t look like the injuries were life threatening and they are currently on route to Basildon and Thurrock Hospital.”

M25 anticlockwise – accident involving two vehicles at J31 (Thurrock) blocking two lanes – queues back through the Dartford tunnel.

M25 Essex – One lane closed and slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise at J31 A1306 Arterial Road West Thurrock, because of an accident involving a car and lorry.
A13 Essex – One lane blocked and queueing traffic on A13 London-bound between Stanford-Le-Hope and Orsett, because of a broken down lorry. Congestion to Pitsea Flyover.
