Ryman Premier
Grays Athletic 1 v 4 Thamesmead Town
THE tired souls of Grays Athletic limp into the final week of the season as they were beaten 4-1 at Mill Field on Bank Holiday Monday.
Grays now have just one game left against Maidstone away. They will look back on a season where they achieved mid-table respectability in a difficult league.
Grays opened the scoring with a goal by Joao Carlos in the 40th minute. After that it was all Thamesmead. Goals by Rob Carter, Richard Butler, and two by Tyrus Gordon-Young secure the three points for Thamesmead who are, all but down.
