THE PARK Inn Thurrock have been awarded a Silver Award by the Green Tourism Business Scheme for the vast number of eco-friendly and green-aware initiatives they have implemented.
Over the past year, the hotel based in North Stifford have initiated schemes regarding:
1.LED Lighting
2.Recycling of waste
3.Sustainable food sourcing
4.Creating Wildlife Habitat
5.Energy Efficient Boiler
6.Taking Part in Earth Hour
7.Work with local schools supporting pupil development
8.Supporting local charities such as St Lukes Hospice.
