Labour make big push in final weekend

angieAS you will have seen, all the parties have been out and about at the weekend on what will be a key election night on May 22nd.

Labour appear to have a plan a,b and c when it comes to the UKIP factor.

They were digging deep in Belhus, walking the streets of Corringham and using Stifford as their base.

Walthamstow MP, Stella Creasy came along to give the team support.

When you speak to council leader, John Kent he seems to have a much more strategic view of how to react to the possible results.

Cllr Kent’s apparent “rapprochement” with UKIP is in stark contrast to the withering and highly public attacks that the MPs have made. An approach that may come back to haunt them.

YT popped in and spoke to Stifford Clays councillor, Angie Gaywood to assess how campaigning was going in one of the key swing seats.
