STANFORD and Corringham community stalwart, Shane Ralph is (we believe) the first in Thurrock to take up the Ice Bucket Challenge.
It is a very simple act endured for charity.
Film yourself having an bucket of ice water thrown over you. But before you do so, nominate the person you want to do it next.
If they decline then they should forfeit a few quid for charity.
Shane (the man behind all those great Stanford videos has done his IBC for MacMillian.
And he has nominated another community champion..Rob Groves….Watch this space.
