THE LEADER of Thurrock Council, cllr John Kent posed the question: "The Thameside Theatre: Should we knock it down and build flats?"
It was just one of a series of questions asked at this weeks meeting of the Labour run cabinet.
Cllr Kent also went on to say that he would like to see a new theatre in Grays.
The meeting recommended a full discussion and invited everybody to be part of that full discussion on the future of the Thameside.
