Joe has returned home and has been told to rest for at least a week. He is still out of breath that has been caused by a virus that is affecting his heart beat and breathing. Joe thanks everyone for there concern and hopes to be back playing soon.

A TILBURY footballer was taken to hospital after complaining of chest pains minutes before kick off.
Joe Nightingill was warming up before the Dockers match against Romford in the Ryman Division One North at Ship Lane, Thurrock.
A spokesperson for Tilbury FC said: "Joe Nightingill was taken to hospital on Saturday after falling ill just 5 minutes before the kick off after feeling unwell.
"An ambulance was called after he complained of chest pains as he was preparing to start for the Dockers. Following paramedic treatment, Joe was taken to a local hospital for observation.
"Tilbury FC and Joe Nightingill would like to thank Romford FC and in particular Romford physio Katie Thwaites, who stayed with Joe throughout the whole game before the ambulance arrived".
