FIRE CREWS were called to an explosion in a plant room at Coryton Power Station.
Fire crews reported that there was no sign of fire following the explosion and the power supply had been isolated.
Power station staff made the area safe and ECFRS crews are standing by.
Update: Crews used a thermal image camera and dealt with the incident by 14:08hrs.
