Thurrock UKIP question Thurrock Council’s £3 million spend on improvements

THE LEADER of Thurrock UKIP has questioned why Thurrock Council has spent over £3 million on improvements to the civic officers.

Cllr Graham Snell asked the question as Thurrock Council face the challenge of over £37 million worth of cuts in the next three years.
