GRAYS Ath looked completely out of luck as they went down to a single goal at Mill Field.
Stuart Green scored the solitary goal in the 52nd minute in a contest that Grays’ boss Jody Brown found so frustrating that he found himself sent to the stand.
Grays’ are a ball playing team and it looked like it does not help playing on a pitch that even by September is starting to play up.
Grays now face a tough week with Bury Town in the league during the week and then Hastings United in the FA Cup.
