Top Toys for Toddlers this Christmas

With so many toys filling the shelves and adverts flooding our TV screens, it can be hard deciding on the best gifts for your little ones this Christmas.

To make life a little easier for everyone, we’ve come up with our Top Ten list of toys for toddlers for Christmas 2014.

From traditional pull-alongs and fun hoppers, to noisy instruments and build-your-own train sets, our list has almost every avenue covered.

Key Boom Board (Early Learning Centre, £45)

It features a lift-up launcher for launching animals down the tracks and a turning mouse gate to provide different routes for the animals.

Cash Register (Early Learning Centre, £25)

Little ones will love playing shops with this cash register. It features a chip and pin machine, an electronic cash register, a scanner, and a working microphone for making customer announcements or to ask for more help at the checkout.

A great way to boost counting and early Mathematics skills; sort through the coins and banknotes, count them all up and practice calculating, add up the cost of food and giving change.

Reindeer Hopper (Early Learning Centre, £16)

Your little one will love this bouncy Hop-Along Reindeer. They can climb onto its back and bounce up and down, holding on to the ears for support.

This strong and durable play kitchen has a sink, two-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and handy shelves for your kitchen accessories (available separately). It is perfect for playtime as your child and their friends can cook together.

Help pull this bushy-tailed squirrel to a delicious acorn lunch. Pull the string to hear its happy squeak and watch the appreciation with its wagging tail and its sweet large-eyed expression.
