A LEADING Thurrock councillor has stressed the importance of religious education in Thurrock.

South Chafford councillor, Tunde Ojetola was speaking at a recent meeting of the full council in Thurrock.

Cllr Ojetola was reporting back on the work of the Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE).
