Great Wakering Rovers 2 v 2 Aveley

AVELEY capped off a productive week with a well-earned draw against Great Wakering Rovers.

Great Wakering were two goals up through the easiest of tap ins by Eljay Worrell and then an outstanding bicycle kick by Billy Radley.

Some may have feared that Aveley would have capitulated but they worked hard.

A 55th minute header by Marcus Elliot got the Millermen back in it. And it was Elliot who levelled the score in the 70th minute.

The result leaves the Millermen seven points off the play-offs.
