IT APPEARS that the Aveley by-election has now got even dirtier after a large UKIP sign at the side of a house has been vandalised.
The large sign adorns the side of Tim Aker’s parents house. It has become something of a tradition over the last four years. And for those four years, it has been unmolested. Until now.
A photograph sent to YT, appears to show the sign on Mill Road, daubed with mud and a number of other materials.
Thurrock UKIP have felt, under attack, over the whole campaign.
A number of Thurrock Labour activists drew comparisons to UKIP and the Nazi’s.
The Thurrock Conservatives were seen as stoking things up when they referred to the UKIP MEP as Timur Aker in their election material. A reference to his Turkish parentage.
