RUSSELL BRAND went back to his old schools in Thurrock as part of his promotional campaign for his new books.
On Tuesday, he visited Little Thurrock primary school. He was so impressed that he tweeted a selfie with "Young revolutionaries".
On Wednesday, he stopped off at the Thameside Theatre, where he read to students.
His final port of call in the whistlestop tour was Lakeside.
