A WAR of words has erupted on twitter between TV personality and star of the Thameside Theatre panto Jeff Brazier and Dragons’ Den millionaire Duncan Bannatyne.

The spat appears to centre on Jeff’s use of the Bannatyne’s Gym on Chafford Hundred.

Jeff takes his eleven-year-old son (who is also appearing in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves) to the gym with him for an early morning workout before his three shows a day at the Grays theatre.

According to Jeff’s twitter feed, on one occasion he was allowed to train, whilst his son sat on a sofa nearby.

However, the next day, he was told that this was not permissible.

Jeff contacted Duncan Bannatyne via twitter to express his dismay stating: "I have two complaints to make..misled on membership fees and child policies."

Mr Bannatyne, known for his direct approach, was having none of it and sent what can only be described as a terse reply as he stated:

"If you abandon your son in our lounge again, I will instruct my staff to phone social services."

A clearly hurt and angry Jeff Brazier replied: "He was never out of my sight. How malicious of youth suggest to people he was."
