IT is the season to be jolly but it is also the season when thieves are on the lookout for anything they can steal.
And they do not take a day off from their criminality.
Here a male has been spotted on CCTV, stealing a child’s pram from outside a house in Scratton Road, Stanford-le-Hope.
The incident occurred at just after 1.30am on Saturday Dec 20th.
Of course, it could be a massive misunderstanding. Or not.
